As a proud native of the Outer Banks, I’m passionate about sharing the beauty, charm, and unique lifestyle of this incredible coastal community with my clients. Growing up here has been nothing short of a blessing, and the deep connection I have to the area allows me to offer both local insight and genuine guidance throughout every step of the real estate journey.

After graduating from Manteo High School, I earned my degree in Business Administration from Meredith College. Following college, I returned home to the Outer Banks, where I had the opportunity to work alongside two local real estate attorneys. This experience gave me valuable knowledge of the real estate closing process and a strong understanding of the details that help transactions run smoothly.

In 2021, I relocated to Morehead City and joined the esteemed team at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate as a Project & Field Coordinator. In this role, I worked closely with clients, vendors, and agents throughout both the pre-listing and post-sale process, helping ensure seamless and successful closings while delivering a high level of service and care.

In 2024, I married my husband, Josh Abbott, an insurance agent with North Carolina Farm Bureau. We now reside in Manteo, where we’re fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and the strong sense of community that makes the Outer Banks so special. It’s a place unlike any other, and I’m incredibly proud to live and work here.
